Great Lakes Roofing Corp. (Germantown, WI) is hiring immediately for a seasoned and forward-thinking People & Culture Leader to design & implement professional team development while driving HR strategies and policies via training, mentorship, and follow-through.
Your efforts will foster an engaged workplace culture and continue to shape the future of this dynamic company. You will be the sole HR leader for this rapidly growing, privately held commercial roofing corporation.
The selected candidate will be a Builder/Creator/Change Agent ready to grow this company through determination, drive, and vision. As our People & Culture Leader, experience and knowledge of all Federal, State and local laws, benefit administration, and policy development are necessary. You will need to keep one eye on the tactical needs of operating the business, while keeping the other looking forward, devising plans to streamline operations and create programs to serve our team of the finest commercial roofers in the Midwest. You will need to roll up your sleeves and dive in, tackling everything from mundane tasks to creating long-term strategies designed to further enhance our employee experience. This exciting opportunity allows you to build the HR department!

Program Goals:
This leader will earn a starting salary, based on experience, ranging from $85,000- $100,000 and will be eligible to earn quarterly bonuses. (after you build your KPIs)
