Trident Group has over 60 years’ experience of delivering homes, services and innovation for up to 8,000 people in over 3,600 homes in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands. Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting time of transformation at Trident. As we strengthen leadership & capability and embed our values more deeply, and invest in growing our own talent, this new role will play a key part in shaping a high-performing, inclusive culture. The People, Culture & Learning Partner will lead on leadership, management development, customer excellence, support behavioural change, and partner with leaders to align people practices across Tridents values, and strategic goals - driving customer and cultural excellence in practice.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Design and deliver Leadership, and management development programmes that build confidence, capability, and accountability in new and experienced leaders.
  • Embed Trident’s values into learning and people practices, supporting behavioural change and cultural alignment across teams.
  • Lead our apprenticeship and early careers strategy, supporting, ensuring high-quality placements, progression pathways, and inclusive development.
  • Support learners to embed improvement projects at work, helping colleagues to apply learning to real-world challenges and contribute meaningfully to service and culture improvements.
  • Develop workplace wellbeing, integrating wellbeing principles into leadership development, team culture, and organisational learning.
  • Embed EDI principles across all learning and culture initiatives, ensuring a trauma informed approach, inclusive development, knowledge, access, representation, and impact.
  • Partner with leaders to identify learning needs, support change initiatives, and co-create solutions that drive performance and engagement.
  • Develop and deliver self-help resources, toolkits, and digital learning content to support managers and teams.
  • Support governance and compliance by aligning learning and culture work with regulatory standards and strategic priorities.
  • Champion customer and cultural excellence, ensuring that learning initiatives directly enhance service delivery, resident experience, and values-led behaviours.
