Job Description Oversee recruitment to meet Hotel Talent needs following Hotel and Company guidelines. Drive People & Culture solutions such as reward and recognition, employee wellbeing, talent management and leadership programs. Develop and maintain a stable working environment following the guidelines outlined in the Fair Work Australia Act, National Employment Standards and relevant Award or Agreement. Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and use this to prepare a hotel training strategy outlining activities that meet Hotel and departmental operational needs within Accor guidelines. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fields • Minimum 5 years' experience in international companies with a track record of achievements. • Strong in inter-personal and communication skills. • Proficient in English and computer literate. • Results driven and strong in people management and development.
