Make it your next move. Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People & Culture Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and support our business objectives. Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and growth Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations Implement and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making Manage the HR budget and resources effectively *Positions are open for Malaysian & Permanent Resident only Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field 8+ years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and performance management tools Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive organizational change Certified HR professional status (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI PHR/SPHR) is a plus Additional Information Join us at Accor, where life pulses with passion!
