As the key link between senior management and our workforce, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring the well-being of our employees. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and support their teams' growth Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices Implement and manage performance evaluation systems Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs Handle employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and concerns Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Manager Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong leadership skills with a natural authority balanced by empathy Talent for identifying and nurturing employee potential Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules Operational mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and make decisions independently Resilience and determination to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects Additional Information Inspired Place for inspiring People Embark on a new era of hospitality as ibis Styles Sepang KLIA opens its doors on February 1, 2024.
