Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent & Culture Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and implementing strategic talent management initiatives. Develop and execute the annual Talent & Culture (T&C) Department Business Plan, aligning it with overall organizational goals Lead recruitment efforts to meet talent needs, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and best practices Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning Drive T&C solutions such as reward and recognition programs, employee wellbeing initiatives, and leadership development Manage the salary review process and ensure competitive compensation practices Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and optimize workforce planning Foster a diverse, inclusive, and positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Talent & Culture or HR leadership role, preferably in a corporate environment Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement best practices Experience with HR analytics and proficiency in using HRIS and data analysis tools Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements Demonstrated experience in managing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR software systems Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI PHR/SPHR) is a plus
