Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" Job Description Experienced in personnel records, payroll, and labor law practices Able to follow and manage Human Resources processes Capable of planning Human Resources activities in line with defined work plans and targets Responsible for recruitment and selection processes, as well as preparing and implementing orientation programs Managing employee competency, training, and development practices Coordinating internal and external training programs, including delivery and evaluation of training effectiveness Working in close collaboration with the Cluster Talent & Culture (T&C) team Able to reflect and promote the company culture to employees Qualifications Graduate of a related department of a university or vocational school Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position Able to communicate effectively in English Proficient in MS Office applications Strong communication skills Knowledgeable about KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) regulations Possessing strong management, organizational, and planning skills Open to innovation and continuous self-development Additional Information Prior experience working with Opera or a related system. Additional languages are a plus.
