Description

Strategic HR & CultureDevelop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
Lead culture and engagement initiatives across onshore and offshore teams
Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession
Talent AcquisitionLead full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and structured hiring processes
Build pipelines of top-tier talent and improve candidate experience
Employee Experience & EngagementDesign engagement programs (e.g. pulse surveys, team building)
Manage employee relations and promote inclusion across teams
Performance & DevelopmentRun performance appraisal cycles
Design L&D programs aligned with future skills (digital, AI, leadership)

Ideal Candidate Profile:8–12 years of HR experience, across strategic and operational areas
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; CIPD or SHRM preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance
Proven success in talent acquisition and culture-building
Experience with HRIS, ATS, and modern HR tools
