Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, serving as a bridge between leadership and the People & Culture team across the Bulgaria office Advise and support managers on performance management, employee relations, engagement, and other people-related matters with professionalism, high level of confidentiality and sound judgment Support and coordinate annual performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, probation reviews, and ongoing feedback initiatives Lead and support a local team of People & Culture professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within HRIS platforms and internal systems Comfortable handling core people ops processes on an as-needed basis, including HR administration, employee documentation, and supporting pre-payroll activities while ensuring compliance and accuracy Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience Support office-related operations and employee experience initiatives as needed, contributing to a positive and well-functioning workplace environment Requirements: Proven experience in a People & Culture, HR Generalist, HR Manager, or People / HR Business Partner role High level of ownership, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting managers with performance management and employee relations Strong understanding of Bulgarian labor legislation and HR operations Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Previous experience leading a team would be considered a strong advantage Experience in iGaming or another regulated industry would be an advantage Fluency in English What we offer: Competitive salary Premium Health insurance Career and skills development opportunities Fun and collaborative team environment New modern office space
