• Own and lead all people operations aligned with EOS and the company’s Core Values
• Guide recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance processes across multiple branches
• Maintain and evolve the Accountability Chart, GWC assessments, People Analyzer, and team Scorecards
• Support Branch Managers and department heads with team development and coaching
• Oversee onboarding checklists, training tracks, and employee lifecycle systems
• Champion culture through internal communication, feedback systems, and events
• Ensure compliance and documentation are tight, clean, and handled without friction
