Description People & Culture Manager Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore – Tampa, FL Managed by StepStone Hospitality StepStone Hospitality is seeking a dynamic People & Culture Manager to join the leadership team at the Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore. This role is responsible for supporting all human resources functions while fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with StepStone Hospitality’s mission and values. The People & Culture Manager will partner with hotel leadership to support recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and team member engagement while ensuring a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day People & Culture (Human Resources) operations for the hotel Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new team members Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, coaching, and performance management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support training initiatives and team member development Coordinate employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives Assist with benefits administration and workers’ compensation reporting Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture Requirements 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Experience supporting a diverse workforce Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Why Join StepStone Hospitality Opportunity to be part of a growing hospitality management company Collaborative leadership environment Career growth opportunities Competitive compensation and benefits StepStone Hospitality is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.
