Overview About the role Join a high-performing, award-winning People & Culture team where you’ll play a key role in shaping employee experiences across the full lifecycle. Supporting dedicated agencies within the Groupe, you’ll partner with leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions, while contributing to broader P&C strategy and projects across the business. This is a true generalist role with impact: from coaching leaders and navigating ER matters to driving engagement, talent, and culture initiatives. What you’ll do Partner with leaders Coach and guide managers to build high-performing teams Provide expert advice on performance, ER, engagement, and reward Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders Drive people strategy Implement agency-level people initiatives (e.g. retention, performance, L&D, DE&I) Contribute insights and support wider group P&C projects Translate business needs into practical people solutions Own employee lifecycle delivery Lead performance management, grievances, and investigations Support talent mapping and succession planning Partner on recruitment decisions and workforce planning Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience moments Enhance culture & engagement Lead engagement initiatives and action planning from survey insights Drive inclusion and culture programs Contribute to recognition and employee experience initiatives Support core P&C programs Remuneration cycles and benchmarking Learning & development delivery and uptake Visa and immigration processes Compliance, policy, and people data integrity What you bring ~4+ years in People & Culture, including advisory experience in a complex or matrix environment Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law (Fair Work Act, NES) Proven ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders Experience across the full employee lifecycle High level of judgement, critical thinking, and discretion Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Why join us?
