Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Roadmap

  • Manage and mentor a team of two People professionals, ensuring smooth HR operations
  • Collaborate with leadership to align People initiatives with business goals

Company Culture

  • Champion Sortlist’s culture, ensuring it evolves with our growth while staying true to our values, and drive engagement initiatives
  • Lead change management efforts, supporting teams through growth and transformation

Performance Management & Growth

  • Enhance and execute our performance management framework, ensuring fairness and transparency
  • Equip managers with tools and training to set clear expectations and provide impactful feedback

Career Management & Talent Development

  • Lead talent reviews, ensuring structured, actionable feedback that drives employee development
  • Ensure career paths are well-implemented and adapted as Sortlist scales
  • Support managers in career planning, succession planning, and professional growth discussions
