As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring effective talent management strategies. Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers and employees Coordinate training and development programs to enhance Heartists skills and career growth Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement retention strategies Maintain accurate P&C records and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations Analyze P&C metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making Act as a culture ambassador, promoting company values and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in HR or a similar role, preferably in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Knowledge of best practices in employee development and training Understanding of UAE workplace culture and diversity SHRM or CIPD certification preferred Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
