P&C Operations Advisor Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for a People & Culture Operations Advisor to join us in Auckland. We have completed the transition to our new HR and Payroll systems (Workday and Datapay), and we are now in the post‑implementation phase, establishing day‑to‑day operating practices and supporting leaders and employees across Trans‑Tasman people activities. Joining our team will see you working closely with our leaders and the broader People & Culture team to support the moments that matter to our people. Each day will provide opportunities for you to grow your HR career and experience; overall, you can expect to: Action Workday tasks end‑to‑end, including employment documentation and processing (e.g., letters of employment and employment variations). Ensure compliance with employment legislation and adherence to Beca policies across all People & Culture activities. Use your HR knowledge (education and/or experience) to provide professional, accurate People & Culture support. Promote learning and the sharing of knowledge and information across our People Advice team Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements to enhance how we deliver for our people Network and actively participate with industry and professional bodies, keeping up to date with legislative developments and maintaining HR knowledge/best practices. This role is for a 6 month fixed-term. Ko wai koe | About you You will have a relevant qualification and/or work experience within a People & Culture team and have a strong understanding of New Zealand employment legislation. Ideally, you love to learn and share knowledge and are someone who can bring a fresh perspective.
