Description

As a People & Culture Intern, you will assist the team with key projects focused, training, labor relations, and compliance. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and develop skills in, employee relations and human resource management. In this role, you will be on-site at the Greensboro Plant during your internship. What you will do Project Support: Conduct research and analyze data to contribute to project reports. Assist in creating project documentation and presentations, including Standard Work Instructions. Support the development of training materials and programs, particularly for front-line leadership development. HR Functions: Contribute to the improvement of HR systems and processes. Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with employment-related regulations, and established policies and procedures. Learning and Development: Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals. Attend meetings to gain a broader understanding of HR functions. Other duties as assigned, with or without accommodation. Who You Are • Currently enrolled in or already achieved a Bachelor’s degree in business management or human resource management (or equivalent). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time-management skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
