Are you a confident leader with a passion for creating structure, developing teams and ensuring quality at every stage of the employee journey? For Clas Ohlson, we are now looking for a People & Culture Operations Manager – a key role with responsibility for driving and developing the operational HR delivery in the Nordic region.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated Nordic team with six HR Business Partners, a Payroll Manager with responsibility for six HR and Payroll specialists, and an Office and Property Manager with a smaller team. Together, you ensure that managers in Sweden, Norway and Finland receive the right support throughout the employee journey – with a focus on quality, efficiency and cost awareness.
You will have the opportunity to influence a broad area, with responsibility for both daily delivery and long-term development. You operate in a business-oriented context and are a key player in the company’s transformation towards an even more data-driven and efficient HR work.
The role reports to Director Customer, Brand and People and is part of the Customer, Brand & People Management Group and the People & Culture Management Team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a Nordic team in HR and payroll.
  • Ensure high quality and efficiency in operational HR delivery throughout the employee journey.
  • Responsible for regulatory compliance in labor law, work environment and trade union collaboration in all countries.
  • Be a strategic and operational support to managers, HR Business Partners and other parts of People & Culture.
  • Drive improvement initiatives and streamlining – always with a focus on business benefits and employee experience.
  • Be responsible for follow-up and analysis of key figures linked to HR Operations.
