For our Hillerød site in Denmark, we are looking for a dedicated P&C Operations Specialist ensuring smooth daily operations and processes. Your new role Join our dynamic People & Culture Operations team as a P&C Operations Specialist! In this role you will provide support and general P&C guidance and answers to leader and employee inquiries, manage operational and administrative processes, ensure accurate HRIS administration and high data quality, as well as conduct a variety of other P&C tasks and priorities. You will report to the Associate Director, P&C Operations and become part of a strong P&C Operations team who on a daily basis is partnering with colleagues in the People & Culture Business Partner team, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance and business leaders and employees across the site. Key responsibilities Employee and leader Inquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for P&C-related queries from employees and leaders. Address and resolve employee and leader concerns promptly and professionally. People & Culture administrative tasks: Provide general support and guidance to the organization on policies, guidelines and processes Prepare, review, and maintain employee contracts and agreements Management of international and cross-border setups, work permits etc. Compensation and benefits administration and strong collaboration with the Payroll team HRIS and data accuracy: Ensure employee data is updated and maintained in Workday to support efficient processes and high data quality through data audits, process improvements and guidance to managers Provide general guidance and training to leaders and managers on Workday process steps Qualifications The role as P&C Operations Specialist requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in People & Culture administration or a related field, with knowledge of general P&C processes, HRIS systems, data governance and general P&C support and administration. Your Skills, Talent and Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Workday) and Microsoft Office, including Excel skills at a comfortable level to provide reporting and data. Knowledge of employment laws, People & Culture policies, and collective bargaining agreements in Denmark Process-oriented and attentive to details – can initiate suggestions for improvements as well as follow through on existing processes to completion of tasks and projects. Strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights. Proficient in English and Danish, both verbally and in writing, at a professional business level. As a person you are service-minded and have a can-do attitude. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and work effectively with cross-functional teams. You work proactively in a structured way with a quality mind-set. Interested?
