Then you might be the P&C Operations Team Lead we are looking for. What you will do In our newly established role as P&C Operations Team Lead, you will lead the operational P&C team of currently two people in ensuring operational excellence within the employee life cycle. You will report directly to the Chief People & Culture Officer and be part of a P&C-team of 9 people. You will be responsible for the operational deliverables of the team, where you will have a hands-on role in these deliverables. Tasks include contracts, mobility, employee benefits schemes, payroll administration, reporting and statistics, audits, compliance, leave, etc. You will furthermore maintain, develop, and optimize people processes, systems, policies, handbook, and workflows to secure the employee experience and enhance efficiency. And finally, you will be responsible for the engagement of the team and be a role model for the Cadeler company culture. We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies: Relevant educational background in People & Culture/HR/Administration Solid experience working within HR operations, ideally from an international environment Experience with payroll adminstration Experience with HR law & contract management and global mobility Experience in leading a team Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems.
