CLEMENGER GROUP IS SEARCHING FOR A HR BUSINESS PARTNER WHO IS PASSIONATE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE, TO JOIN ON AN INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT.

We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Partner with interest in designing and embedding people initiatives.
The People & Culture Partner assists the People & Culture Director, and multiple operating company leadership teams, in the delivery of customer focused people services across the employee life cycle from systems improvement, change management, learning and development, DE&I, employee engagement, and performance and talent management.
You will be part of a national People & Culture team that prides itself on being inclusive and highly motivated to make a difference for our employees across Australia and New Zealand.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a business partner role required
  • Experience in administration of systems and software preferred
  • End to end program management experience
  • Sound understanding of the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards, with the ability to interpret and apply HR policy and legislation
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to identify when matters need to be escalated
  • High level of data literacy and experience in analysis tools such as Culture Amp, PowerBI, and/or Excel
  • Strong organisational skills; the ability to successfully manage several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to apply discretion and deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for HR queries from our creative businesses, as well as providing support when needed across all companies in the Melbourne office.
  • Work in conjunction with the P&C Director to partner with our creative businesses to engage and build capability in bringing to life culture, values and EVP.
  • Manage employee engagement and performance processes for your stakeholders.
  • Use systems, data and metrics to lead the implementation of process improvements and initiatives that improve the employee experience.
