As our People & Culture Partner for APAC, you will act as a strategic partner and change agent for the business, working closely with the Global Group People & Culture team. You will collaborate with business leaders and local People & Culture teams to deliver the full spectrum of strategic and tactical HR programs and services. This role provides direct support to the leadership team to shape the People & Culture agenda, aligning it with business objectives and driving key initiatives across multiple countries in Asia.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience working in the plastic recycling and distribution sector is required.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Global Job Architecture frameworks.
  • Strong track record in organizational design, change management, and transformation projects.
  • Experience working in a matrix multinational organization, collaborating with European-based centres of excellence.
  • Solid knowledge and implementation experience of SAP SuccessFactors and Concur.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Strong cultural awareness and ability to work across diverse APAC markets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including regional exposure within APAC.
  • Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws, employment practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a complex, matrix, and multicultural environment.

  • Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development across diverse markets.Provide advice on complex employee relations, compliance, and regional HR best practices.
