Recruitment & Onboarding – Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and delivering engaging onboarding experiences.

  • Employee Support – Maintain accurate employee records, coordinate training and development, and help foster a positive work culture.
  • Safety Leadership – Support safety program implementation, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Return-to-Work Coordination – Manage the process for employees returning from leave to ensure a smooth and safe transition.
  • Engagement & Culture – Help plan team events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives
