THE TEAM

The mission of the People Operations Department (known internally as People Integration) is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst, People Integration, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in: Business or Human Resources
  • PowerPoint and Excel
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
  • Passion for Aritzia, the fashion industry, and making a positive impact on People

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Analyst, People Integration, you will:

  • Ensure day-to-day program activities are developed and executed on time, with quality and efficiency
  • Improve talent programs and initiatives to ensure quality, effectiveness and strategic alignment
  • Identify, prioritize, design and implement solutions to bring our strategic program roadmaps to life
  • Create and leverage data and reporting to analyze program performance and enable actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with People & Culture business partners to build and improve program processes, tools, and capabilities
  • Project manage cross-functional People & Culture initiatives and partner with key stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are executed on time and to a high standard
  • Facilitate the identification and resolution of cross-functional impacts across people, process, and technology
