No IT dramas, you will get the latest technology including a Surface Pro and smartphone YOUR NEW ROLE As a People & Culture Specialist at Altius, you will report to the Lead People & Culture Partner and will step into a hands-on HR generalist role with your responsibilities including, but not limited to: Providing first level generalist advice and guidance to managers and employees on matters across the employment lifecycle. Administering people systems and processes throughout the employment life cycle. Overseeing and managing the people helpdesk ticketing system to manage, escalate and resolve general level queries and requests. Demonstrating an understanding and interpretation of employment conditions, policies, modern awards and legislative requirements. Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across the broader Altius Group. Playing a role in supporting the implementation of key People & Culture projects. The role will be based in our Subiaco office, in Perth. WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar discipline is highly desirable however not essential. Previous experience working within the Health Care Industry is preferable however not essential. Knowledge of Fair Work Legislation and Modern Awards. Detailed and process oriented with a flair for working within people (HR) systems such as Elmo Software. Strong familiarisation of employment lifecycle processes and experience in managing key employment related events. A proactive, solutions-focused problem solver who works collaboratively. Responsibilities

The People & Culture Specialist will provide first-level generalist advice to managers and employees across the employment lifecycle and administer related people systems and processes. This role also involves overseeing the people helpdesk ticketing system and supporting the implementation of key People & Culture projects.
