Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and talented People and Culture Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with goals; advise on workforce, talent, and succession planning. Hire top talent and drive retention strategies to boost satisfaction and reduce turnover; conduct exit interviews and share insights. Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues swiftly and effectively. Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity. Guide managers on employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Support performance management aligned to business objectives; coach managers and employees to build capabilities. Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D on targeted development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulations; lead or contribute to cross‑functional HR projects aligned with EVA Pharma’s goals. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. 0-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
