Job Overview: As a People and Culture Partner at BayanTech, you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the company's organizational culture, employee experience, and talent development strategies. You will be responsible for HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and implementing initiatives that align with the company's vision and global operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for internal roles. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Foster a thriving work culture by implementing engagement and recognition programs. Oversee learning and development programs that support employees' personal and professional growth. Manage the company's performance review process, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback. Work with managers to develop performance improvement strategies for underperforming employees. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in an HR or people management role. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Fluency in English is required.
