OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. You’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities from recruitment and onboarding to planning company-wide events. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll be a key point of contact for employees across the business, ensuring a positive employee experience at every stage. A collaborative mindset, creativity in employer branding, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels will set you apart.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 3 to 6 years’ experience in a People Culture, HR, or Talent role with a focus on recruitment and employee lifecycle management
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes (managing job ads, sourcing, scheduling, feedback and offer management)
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, and performance/talent management processes
  • Experience or exposure to People Culture Strategy Planning, within organisations or teams
  • Strong organisational and event coordination skills, with experience planning and delivering company-wide initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing or branding teams to deliver employer branding initiatives
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience hiring within the construction or construction technology industry is highly beneficial
