Job Description Process day-to-day People & Culture administration in an accurate and timely manner Create and update employee data record in system, personal files and assist with general filing Organize and execute employees’ social, athletic and recreational activities Assist colleagues will all HR related queries and questions Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment of Rank & File employees Prepare and issue contracts and onboarding to all new employees Manage resignation, exit interviews and clearance procedure Qualifications Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written). Strong administration skills and skilled with Microsoft, SIPP, WLKP, e-Dabu, SunFish Programs. Experienced in handling HR administration, employee relations. Calm, intuitive, and gracious when handling employee matters. Working knowledge of the Indonesian Labor Law. Capable of handling multiple responsibilities while supporting team success.
