As our People & Culture Working Student, you will be the operational backbone of our P&C team from July to December. This is not an entry-level student role. You will dive straight into our systems, take ownership of our HR tool landscape, and keep our Planegg/Munich office running smoothly. Start: July 2026, 6 months fixed-term contract A Taste of What to Expect Act as our Personio Superuser by auditing and optimizing workflows, cleaning up employee data, and standardizing HR templates Drive our internship recruitment by taking ownership of screening applications and managing the early candidate pipeline Support our recruiting activities by coordinating interviews and onsite visits Own onboarding logistics by organizing and preparing everything needed for a seamless and unforgettable day one Support office management and culture by handling daily operations like mail and supplies while helping execute internal team events The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience Solid prior HR experience through at least one previous internship or working student role in HR or Recruiting, allowing you to easily skip the basics and hit the ground running Practical Personio experience including a strong understanding of how to map workflows, manage data attributes, and optimize HR templates A reliable on-site presence at our office in Munich-Planegg on your agreed working days, as being close to the team and office operations is key for this role A proactive, hands-on mindset where you naturally take initiative, whether that means streamlining a spreadsheet or keeping our office spaces organized and welcoming Strong communication skills in both English and German to interact seamlessly with our international team and local partners A Sweet Package Shape our commercial strategy from the inside of a mission-driven, impact-focused company that's building something the world hasn't seen before.
