Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented People Data Administrator to join our team on a project-focused basis, supporting the cleansing and preparation of people data ahead of our new HRIS system implementation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their HR or data career who enjoys working with data, systems, and improving processes.

Responsibilities
  • Review, clean, and update employee data across existing HR systems and spreadsheets.
  • Work with the HRIS project team to ensure data is complete, accurate, and ready for migration.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies or missing data for resolution.
  • Assist with the consolidation of records from multiple sources (e.g., payroll, talent systems).
  • Support regular audits and validation exercises during the data cleansing phase.
  • Help document data sources, field definitions, and cleansing rules.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and system vendors to meet project timelines.
