About the Role Reporting to the Group Workforce Analytics & Insights Lead, the People Data Analyst plays a key role in enabling insight‑driven decision‑making across the People & Culture function. This role sits within our Workforce Analytics & Insights team, which delivers people reporting, dashboards, and deeper analytical insights across learning, performance, remuneration, diversity and inclusion, and workforce initiatives. You will work closely with senior analysts and a broad range of internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful people insights, with an initial focus on learning domain and the opportunity to grow ownership across broader other People domains over time. Key Responsibilities · Deliver reporting, analytics and data visualisation to support Learning, Culture and Organisational Development initiatives. · Design and deploy reports and dashboards within Workday. Also support the design and deployment of business intelligence using Power BI and Excel. · Deliver both cyclical and ad‑hoc reports within the learning domain with a particular focus on Learning Compliance. · Support other analytics and reporting initiatives through accurate, unbiased data (e.g. Performance Process, Annual Remuneration Review, WGEA, etc.) · Respond to requests via the ad‑hoc people reporting inbox, translating stakeholder needs into clear data outputs · Identify opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics capability through new tools, processes and ways of working About You This role is ideal for passionate data or reporting analyst that thrives on delivering impact to business stakeholders through intuitive and insightful business intelligence solutions. · 1–2 years’ experience in HR / People reporting or workforce analytics, with exposure to one or more people data domain such as Organisational Development, Remuneration & Benefits, Performance, or Employee Relations. · At least 9 months’ experience reporting in Workday, with an understanding of object oriented data models and relational data concepts. Exposure to other modern HRIS platforms (e.g. Oracle HCM, Dayforce, or SuccessFactors) will also be considered. · Hands‑on experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. · Strong Excel capability, including confidence in managing, analysing, and validating data. · A solid understanding of effective reporting and dashboard design, with a focus on usability and insight. · High attention to detail, with a strong commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. · Ability to translate data and insights into plain language and communicate effectively with non‑technical stakeholders. · A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset, with a desire to learn and continuously improve. · A degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline (desirable) On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
