Description
The Role FYUL is looking for a data-driven professional to join our team as a People Data Analyst. In this role, you will be the bridge between HR data and strategic decision-making. You will own the integrity of our workforce data, manage complex compensation reporting, and provide the insights needed to power our global team. Daily Tasks & Responsibilities HR Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare data for workforce forecasting and monitor "actual vs. planned" budget variances. Maintain and optimize People Analytics dashboards focused on headcount, compensation, and personnel costs. Respond to ad-hoc data requests from leadership with high accuracy and speed. Data Quality & Integrity: Serve as the primary owner for data validation and reconciliation across all HR systems. Partner with Talent and Finance teams to resolve data discrepancies and align on requirements. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Support: Conduct deep-dive analytical reviews to identify trends or anomalies in compensation data. Provide hands-on support for salary reviews, pay equity analyses, and benchmarking surveys. Manage data preparation and validation for variable pay, incentives, and sales commission programs. Governance: Ensure strict compliance with data protection (GDPR) and confidentiality protocols regarding sensitive employee information. Your Qualifications Analytical Expertise: Proven experience in HR data analysis, People Analytics, or Compensation reporting. Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data modeling) and experience with BI tools/dashboards. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data quality and the ability to reconcile complex datasets. Communication: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. What We Offer Salary: EUR 1800-2500 gross monthly, depending on your experience.
