To strengthen our People Data initiatives, we’re searching for a skilled People Data Analyst to join our newly created Operational Excellence team operating as part of our Northern European P&O function.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We’re seeking an experienced data connoisseur, who can bring know-how and good standards for best practise to the team. You’ll operate closely with your team in how data products and analysis can provide insights into the P&O function, P&O processes and the rest of the Specsavers organisation.

To fulfil this role at Specsavers, you should align with the following experience:

  • Confident and advanced user of SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident and advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Confident and experienced in roles involving stakeholder management at all levels in the organisation.
  • Good communication skills and fluent or high working proficiency in both Danish and English
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical mindset and approach with the ability to translate data with the purpose of enabling sound decision making and insight.
  • Highly organised and responsive with the ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As the People Data Analyst, you’ll focus on creating and maintaining a suite of data products (reports and dashboards) to provide analysis and insight into our People and to allow the business to understand a range of People metrics aligned to our People Plan and legislative requirements.
The People Data Analyst will be responsible for People Master Data across the region to ensure efficient use of our People System SF2 and all annual HR processes and will work closely with our Global People Data team to deliver on their requests and to ensure Northern European requirements are prioritized globally.
Ensuring accurate Master Data to provide reporting and analysis service to key stakeholders across People & Organisation and the wider Specsavers business is one of the primary responsibilities in this role.

Your core tasks and responsibilities include, but not be limited to:

  • Create and deliver accurate data products within SuccessFactors and Power BI to support business processes and initiatives. For example, Gender Pay Gap dashboard, People Dashboards and reporting required by Finance,
  • Delivering reporting and insights from SuccessFactors, maintaining the Reports Catalogue and responding to ad-hoc and queries.
  • Support recurring P&O activities, such as talent review and pay review with accurate data and insights as well as effective communication of the processes.
  • Ensure accurate employee Engagement survey data from Great Place To Work.
  • Partner with other business areas to fully understand their requirements and goals to ensure that data products are targeted and relevant to their needs.
  • Ensure updated policies and guidelines and maintain compliance with Specsavers processes, data protection and retention policies.

Occasional travel within the Northern European region is to be expected in the role.
