We’re looking for an experienced HR Data Analyst who will develop and deliver comprehensive HR MI to support projects and initiatives in the People Services and wider People Team, providing effective data and insights to drive excellence in People Operations and project delivery. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time as our new HR structure and ways of working are rolled out nationally, providing a real opportunity to make a difference to all colleagues, and by extension students, in our academies.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with People Services and wider People Team stakeholders to understand their MI needs and provide timely, accurate, and clear analytics, including regular and ad-hoc reporting, interactive dashboards, advanced data modelling, scenario planning, and research projects.
  • Analyse data to identify trends or key issues, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and promote innovation within the People Team.
  • Resolve data and MI technical issues and maintain advanced MI knowledge.
  • Manage MI system and dataset access, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
