People Data Consultant
Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a People Data Consultant, you will:

• Demonstrate strong numerical and problem solving ablitiies to analyse and interpret complex data sets transforming data into MI.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and data quality, implementing data validation processes to ensure compliance
• Understand the core elements of HR and how HR process and technology serves as an enabler for employee experiences
• Proficency in data visualisation tools and techniques to create clear and compelling presentations
• Active learner and consistently look for new skills, tools and techniques to deliver across the business (i.e. Power BI communities)
• Proactive at ensuring the customers needs are met within reporting solutions, ensuring solutions are robust and user friendly

KEY SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE

• Experience within People Analytics, with the ability and desire to learn visualisation tools and techniques
• Excellent stakeholder focus, able to assess stakeholder needs, build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in extracting data from multiple sources and combining into a single source of truth using tools such as Power Query, Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio
• Confident in requirements gathering, data manipulation and visualisation to enable dashboarding within Power BI
