Responsibilities

A TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE INCLUDES:

  • Data Extraction & Transformation - Design scalable data pipeline and deliver transformed data set with multiple sources
  • Data Integrity - Identify gaps in data and develop robust solutions for improving data reliability
  • Coordination - Work with supplier and BUs’ local IT teams on delivering data projects
  • SplashHR Data Warehouse Governance - Ensure data accuracy & usability, manage access and security, ensure robust data architecture
  • Ownership of Data - Account for data knowledge and completeness, establish data dictionary and drive consistency
  • Change Requests - Continuously support business needs with data availability
  • BU Enablement - Collaborate with BU based data/analytics teams to provide access and guidance on how best to leverage the data available in SplashHR
  • System Communications - Deliver communications regarding any application/system maintenance, upgrade, issues, etc.

THIS ROLE WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:

  • You have 5+ years of hands-on data management experience working with large-scale databases, optimizing ETL processes, managing data pipelines, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
  • You are experienced in implementing data validation, cleansing, and monitoring processes to ensure high-quality and consistency.
  • You are proficient in programming languages – strong command of SQL for querying and integrating data
  • You are able to apply data modelling principles – designing and implementing data models that are efficient and scalable
  • You can work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with analysts, developers, IT professionals, business stakeholders, and various business units.
