Are you passionate about driving strategic delivery, continuous improvement and governance across People functions? As Pinnacle Pet Group continues to grow, we’re looking for a People Delivery and Governance Manager to lead the coordination, tracking, and reporting of all People initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, to high standards, and aligned with organisational priorities.
This role is hybrid, with weekly presence in our London Paddington office required.

OUR WISH LIST OF YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven programme/project management experience, ideally in HR or corporate services.
  • Experience in process mapping and improvement
  • Strong governance, reporting, and risk management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in project tools.
  • Experience in process improvement and audit support
  • Understanding of HR operations and compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or another recognised continuous improvement qualification, is desirable to support process optimisation and delivery excellence.
