ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an experienced HR professional with a flair for both operational delivery and driving forward impactful people projects? Are you based in Ireland and looking for a role that allows you to shape positive change while working remotely? We’re looking for a People Delivery Partner to join our People Team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. During this time you will support the evolution of our people practices and ensuring the smooth delivery of key HR projects.
This is a varied role that blends hands-on HR operational support with business partnering and project delivery. You’ll work closely with our People & Culture Partner for Ireland, supporting two businesses within our group to strengthen their HR capability, empower local managers, and build consistency in people practices. Alongside this, you’ll help us deliver a range of people projects including employee engagement, policy development, cyclical HR activities and acquisition integration.
You’ll also act as an escalation point for complex employee relations cases (particularly in Ireland), and be a key voice in helping us align our policies, systems and processes across our growing, multi-jurisdictional business.
