Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a People & Development Administrator to join our national People & Development team, based in our Sydney office on either a part-time or full-time basis. This permanent position is suited to a candidate who is interested in learning and understanding HR processes.
The position reports into the Chief People Officer, and works closely with the national P&D team to coordinate and administer all employee life cycle activities to ensure effective and efficient people service to Thomson Geer employees and Partners.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Drafting documents: including Letters of Offer, employee confirmation letters and performance oriented paperwork.
  • Coordinating onboarding activities: including sending new starter documents, setting up staff files, creating induction programs and notifying departments of new arrivals.
  • Coordinating national probation and graduate review program: managing reminder notification process and booking of all national probation and graduate reviews.
  • Reporting & compliance: including running reports for leave audit analysis.
  • Coordinating the firm’s ‘Wellbeing & Benefits’ programs.
  • Project and general administration work as required.
