YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a university graduate (Degree in Business, HR Management, Change Management, Psychology or equivalent) with good foundation in Learning and Development practices
  • Several years of professional experience working in relevant fields such as strategic HR, people development, organizational development, change management or consulting in an international context
  • You have strong consulting and stakeholder management skills (HRBPs and COCs in matrix organization), proven in your track record working at global companies
  • High level of expertise in the creation and implementation of business-oriented (global) concepts
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Success in this role requires the ability to work efficiently, be proactive and structured, and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

Responsibilities
  • You will provide consultation to our business leaders, HRBPs (HR Business Partners) and other internal stakeholders on the full suite of people development related matters that drives organizational performance and business results
  • Be responsible for creating a systemic approach in collaboration with critical stakeholders (Transformation team, CoCs (Centre of Competence), HRBP, business leaders) to address business and/or organizational current and future challenges.
  • Support organizational changes and large-scale initiatives by providing consultation to leaders, enabling them to support employees’ adaptation to new processes, systems and cultures.
  • Provide consultation on people development strategies in business growth and expansion, including, but not limited to, identification of roles, skills gaps and development plans for organizational units, teams and employees to bridge those gaps.
  • Utilize various learning methodologies (e-learning, workshops, coaching, on-the-job etc.) to provide optimal learning solutions that address performance needs.
  • Drive wholistic Global Employee Listening approach, provide consultation to leaders and contribute to employee engagement, culture and employee experience initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues (HRBP, regional HR teams) and business leaders to ensure alignment of people development initiatives across different divisions, subsidiaries and cultures.
  • Foster collaboration, facilitate knowledge sharing and better practices among CoCs and global teams.
