Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences tailored to multiple leader levels providing content to support mindset shifts in leadership and employee development spanning a career
Use instructional design principles and leverage third party vendors to create engaging and effective content (workshops, e-learning, webinars, etc.) and other growth mechanisms (coaching/mentoring)
Facilitate learning (30%+), in-person or virtually, utilizing adult learning methodologies; oversee updates and related communication as needed
Manage a team of individual contributors supporting the organization through administering operational aspects of the LMS, delivering and designing engaging learning experiences, and maintaining training, toolkits, and presentations to ensure conciseness and accuracy
