People Development & Talent Management Intern Location: Budapest (MOL Campus) Working hours: min. 20–25 hours/week Why join MOL Group? As a People Development & Talent Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic HR projects and contribute to building a future-ready workforce. You will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to program realisation and competency development aligned with real business needs. Your role You will support the People Development & Talent Management team in designing and delivering learning and development initiatives across MOL Group.You will also support end-to-end L&D processes from planning through execution to evaluation, in close cooperation with business and Group stakeholders. What you will do? - Support coordination of leadership, talent, and development programs (creation of training workflows, coordination of invites, drafting feedback forms, supporting Assessment Center organization, programs kick off and closing events, etc.) - Contribute to HR projects (learning strategy, employee experience, DEIB, multigenerational initiatives, talent management activities, training vendors selection & portfolio creation, etc.) - Collect and analyze data for reports, dashboards, and decision-making materials including presentations creation (training feedback forms, menti outcomes, exit, stay interview, training analytics). - Support digital learning solutions (LMS, e-learning, internal platforms admin support) - Assist in stakeholder coordination & communication (people development & talent management teams, HR partners, vendors e-mail drafts, newsletter drafts, meeting memo creation) - Support end-to-end strategic training planning and execution process developments.
