Job Description Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the People Engagement & Internal Communication Lead will collaborate closely with the CPO and the team to drive the overall strategy, vision, and implementation plan. The role will oversee the design and delivery of employee engagement experiences and manage the internal communication strategy for employees. Collaborate with the CPO and the HR team to develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that support the overall strategic vision. Lead the creation and delivery of employee engagement programs and activities. Monitor and assess the impact of engagement initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to improve effectiveness. Implement and enhance people recognition and reward programs. Oversee onboarding and offboarding programs, ensuring successful implementation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements. Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Track and report on the progress and impact of CSR activities. Identify opportunities for new CSR initiatives and continuous improvement. Manage all aspects of internal communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company goals. Develop communication materials such as newsletters, intranet content, emails, and announcements. Ensure timely dissemination of information related to company updates, policies, events, and initiatives. Track and analyse the effectiveness of internal communication efforts. Use feedback and data to continuously improve communication strategies and tools.
