As People Engagement Manager, you're responsible and accountable for overall people engagement approach, framework, and activities that uphold company culture, branding and values. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Responsible & accountable for overall people engagement approach, framework and activities that uphold company culture, branding and values Define directions and strategy in developing and nurturing the employee engagement activities, leadership development and training if needed (internally & externally) Lead, manage, and drive people focused projects as part of organization strategic focuses and needs Ensure organization activities and programs align with company culture, branding & values Oversee program development, propose recommendation, oversee budget & manage OP strategy needs. Includes change management, team building, operational workshops, etc. Governs, develop, and sustain people engagement framework & approach that encompasses processes, standards & rules that apply Close collaboration with cross-functional teams and actively work with site leadership team to help positively influence company culture, branding & values Interface with close partnership with internal & external parties on all people engagement relevant topics. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical is an advantage, or degree in human resources, communications, or any related field with 5+ years of experience in HR, communications, training and possess profound experience in managing people engagement activities in large scale company with >2000 employees Possess strategic thinking and planning skills Project management skills Strong analytical thinking, situational analysis, and datainterpretation to provide insights Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Experience with employee engagement platforms and survey tools Excellent communication in English, verbal & written. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
