About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Experience Partner Intern to support the team in managing our Performance Review and OKR setup processes. You’ll work closely with the PEP team to ensure data accuracy, smooth coordination, and effective communication across teams. Job Description Support Performance Review & OKR Setup Create & Maintain OKR Monitoring Dashboards Manage Communication & Process Flow Create and Beautify Presentation Decks General Support for Performance & OKR Programs Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) with the ability to learn new tools/platforms quickly. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and administrative skills. Clear communicator, able to write and speak effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. A team player with a positive attitude and interest in HR, People Operations, performance management.
