You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: Desirable bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. 2-3 years of experience in HR development, employee retention, coaching, advising, or mentoring. Experience in the technology industry is nice to have Expertise in coaching methodologies and professional development strategies. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compensation structures, and retention strategies. Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and analytical problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a personalized and human-centric approach. Advanced English proficiency is a must. You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor and coach, providing personalized guidance to support professional growth, soft skills, and leadership development. Proactively manage employee retention by using tools like ROLA (Risk of Leaving Assessment) to identify risks and execute tailored retention strategies. Guide career progression, helping employees identify pathways, skill-building initiatives, and internal opportunities. Advocate for well-being, conducting coaching sessions focused on work-life balance, stress management, and personal challenges. Serve as a key point of contact for compensation clarity, policy guidance, and career frameworks in collaboration with HRBPs and Total Rewards. Analyze employee feedback through surveys and check-ins to provide actionable insights and advocate for organizational improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, HR, and technical mentors to ensure holistic employee support and alignment with business goals.
