We’re looking for a People Experience Assistant to join our team in Valdosta. This is an entry-level, part-time, in-office position perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about helping others thrive at work. What our People Experience Assistants Do Support the People Experience team with daily operations and HR processes. Assist with recruitment efforts and onboarding new team members. Help prepare and coordinate materials for New Employee Orientation and other team presentations. Maintain accurate and confidential team member records. Requirements People Experience Assistant Minimum Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (experience with Paylocity preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a people-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. People Experience Assistant Working Conditions In-office position Standard business hours: occasional flexibility may be required for meetings or events. Frequent use of computer, phone, and standard office equipment.
