PEOPLE EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE - EMPLOYEE BRANDING & ENGAGEMENT Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time ROLE OVERVIEW We’re hiring an People Experience Associate - Employee Branding & Engagement to own the work that makes AppsForBharat a place people enjoy working at and want to join. This role combines employee engagement, onboarding experience, internal events, and employer branding. In a typical month, you may be planning a team celebration, improving the new joiner journey, coordinating hiring touchpoints, or managing LinkedIn and Instagram content that reflects our culture and pace. You’ll work closely with the People team, Admin & Facilities, hiring managers, and leaders across functions. We’re looking for someone who enjoys execution, has strong attention to detail, moves quickly, and cares about creating a high-quality employee experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO 1. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & CULTURE * Plan and execute monthly employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, team activities, and culture moments * Own budgets, vendor coordination, logistics, gifting, and event execution end-to-end * Work closely with Admin & Facilities to ensure smooth execution of in-office experiences * Support internal communication initiatives that improve employee connection and morale 2. CANDIDATE & ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE * Create a warm and seamless pre-joining and onboarding experience for new hires * Manage candidate engagement touchpoints during hiring and offer-to-join journey * Coordinate onboarding logistics, welcome kits, induction plans, and first-week experience 3. EMPLOYER BRANDING * Build and execute AppsForBharat’s employer branding calendar aligned with hiring and culture goals * Manage presence across LinkedIn and Instagram through engaging and consistent content * Create employee stories, culture spotlights, behind-the-scenes content, office moments, and leadership narratives * Partner with internal teams to capture stories worth showcasing externally 4. CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTION * Coordinate shoots, visuals, copywriting, reels/posts, calendars, and publishing timelines * Track content performance and recommend improvements * Use tools like Canva, AI tools, and basic design platforms to create fast, high-quality content WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE * 1 to 2  years of experience in employee engagement, employer branding, HR operations, social media, events, or related roles * Startup experience is a strong plus SKILLS * Strong communication and writing skills * High ownership and execution mindset * Excellent planning and project management ability * Good design sense and comfort with Canva / similar tools * Strong stakeholder management across teams and vendors * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED * Strong judgment and dependable execution * Good taste in communication, events, and employee experience * Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once * Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented * Willing to be hands-on and solve problems quickly WHY JOIN US * Build culture in a company growing fast and solving a meaningful problem * Own work end-to-end instead of only coordinating parts of it * Get exposure across branding, engagement, onboarding, events, and people operations * Work directly with leaders who value speed, quality, and standards * See your work translate into real employee and candidate experience
