About the Role   The role is integral within the People Experience department, and will lead the design and delivery of programs and initiatives underpinned by supporting frameworks and tools, that strengthen Evolution Mining’s culture, engagement, inclusion & diversity, and change capability, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace aligned to our strategic goals.   Your work will involve: Leading the development and implementation of frameworks and processes that enable Evolution’s culture and engagement strategy. Leading the design and implementation of approaches and initiatives that support the strategic inclusion and diversity objectives of the business. Leading and designing organisational change management frameworks and tools that will be used for changes across the business including mergers and acquisitions, as well as organisational and team changes. Bringing contemporary and best practice in People Experience to proactively identify and drive continuous improvement. Utilising internal metrics and reporting to draw trends and insights that inform strategies for driving cultural and organisational change.   Acting as a role model of the Evolution Values in the way you build relationships and influence stakeholders, lead your direct team.       About You   You’re strategic and creative and bring energy to taking your ideas through to practical implementation. You thrive in complex, fast moving environments and bring a collaborative approach to building relationships and delivering results. Your experience includes leading culture, engagement and change initiatives, ideally in mining or heavy industry. You are passionate and experienced in driving inclusion and diversity in the business through practical and engaging action and you bring a strong reputation in people experience and a coaching style to support your influencing efforts.
