Description People Experience Manager Position Summary Supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization by overseeing the execution of People Experience (PE) policies and programs, to include recruitment and onboarding, training and career development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and risk mitigation; consults leaders in the application of PE programs and policies to operations, acts as the subject matter expert for PE information systems. Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations PE and human capital strategy and leads and supports talent lifecycle processes, to include recruitment, onboarding, talent/performance development and management, and strategic workforce planning; leverages people data and workforce metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and inform decision-making. Provides support and guidance to PE business partners, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, or sensitive questions and issues arise. Conveys clear performance expectations, follows up consistently, and enforces individual accountability for the team; builds manager capability through coaching, tools, and guidance to ensure effective people leadership, performance management, and employee engagement. Consults on employee disciplinary/performance improvement meetings and may administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations. Leads all compensation and benefits efforts through the analysis of trends; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs and benefits offerings to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance; and stays abreast of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Leads and supports organizational change initiatives, including role clarity, structure, and process improvements, to drive performance, engagement, and operational effectiveness. Requirements People Experience Manager Minimum Qualifications and Skills A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of three years of HR management experience required. PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. People Experience Manager Working Conditions Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Travel up to 50% Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
